A senior role responsible for managing high‑volume client projects across the Beauty & Skincare sector, ensuring timely delivery, client satisfaction, and internal coordination.
What you will be doing
- Lead a high‑volume portfolio of adaptation projects from concept through delivery, meeting strict SLAs and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain proactive communication with client stakeholders, providing status updates and identifying potential risks.
- Measure team performance through dashboards, tracking asset volume accuracy, timeliness KPIs, and output quality.
- Oversee the full production cycle (translation, creative, production, content upload, syndication) and support Project Managers to deliver assets aligned with client objectives.
- Support Production Managers on project planning, risk assessment, and status reporting.
- Manage creative resources to meet deliverable deadlines, escalating shortages to the Resource Lead.
- Lead daily stand‑up calls with clients and the delivery team, ensuring production is on track and providing escalation to the Production Lead.
- Review campaigns, analyse forecast data, and drive foresight of production schedules.
- Assist the Production Lead and Account Director on campaign kick‑off calls, managing out‑of‑scope or guideline issues.
- Ensure brand guardianship of briefs and global guidelines while rolling out local campaigns.
- Support the Production Lead and Account Director with cost estimates for additional resources.
- Champion automation and future‑forward ways of working.
What you need to be great in this role
- 7+ years of experience in digital, print, and motion across owned and bought media.
- Experience working with beauty and dermatological products.
- Demonstrated leadership guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact results.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; experience managing multiple campaigns and languages.
- Deep understanding of client needs, driving partnership for optimal service.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of e‑commerce trends, market developments, and competitive landscape.
- Effective project management through the full lifecycle, including governance, issue escalation, resource and spend management.
- Ability to drive and motivate a team to successful completion.
- Experience running account meetings and managing service levels and KPIs.
- Strong briefing skills, creating concepts from initial client inputs.
- Proficient in Adobe WF, Microsoft Office, and related software.
- Clear understanding of IIG group products and how to leverage them for client advantage.
- Experience assessing real‑time risk and adapting using agile methodology (good to have).
- Proficiency in forecasting, resource management, and managing project burn rate.
