Role Mission
Working in partnership with our client, the Senior Account Executive will be joining our in-house studio team supporting a leading organisation within the gaming and entertainment sector. The core role will focus on building strong relationships with marketing professionals and supporting the delivery of integrated digital and social projects across a variety of campaigns and initiatives. The person in this role will be responsible for coordinating projects from briefing through to delivery, ensuring work is completed to a high standard, on time and in line with client objectives. They will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery, maintain clear communication, and contribute to the overall success of the account. Experience with digital platforms and social media is highly desirable.
About The Team You Will Be Joining
Reports to the Senior Account Manager and will sit within the dedicated in-house agency team, supporting the delivery of digital and social marketing campaigns across multiple workstreams. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders including marketing teams, creatives, producers, and strategists to deliver high-quality marketing solutions.
What You Will Be Doing In Your Role
- Develop a strong understanding of the client's business, goals, processes, and requirements to provide excellent day-to-day account support.
- Support the management of projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and project milestones are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support the successful delivery of projects and campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day communications for projects you are working on, including status reports, meeting notes, action trackers, and project documentation.
- Support account meetings and ensure actions, risks, and key updates are captured and communicated effectively.
- Assist with maintaining project governance processes, escalating risks and issues where appropriate.
- Support campaign performance tracking and reporting against agreed objectives and KPIs.
- Develop an understanding of digital marketing and social platforms, including Meta, Snapchat, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Review client briefs and help ensure they are clear, complete, and actionable before briefing internal teams.
- Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure projects are delivered against client expectations.
- Support budget management, project tracking, and commercial reporting activities.
- Be proactive and willing to get involved in all aspects of project delivery where required.
- Build positive and collaborative relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
What Skills Will Help You Be Successful
- You have 2-3 years' experience in an Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Client Services, Project Management, or Marketing role within an integrated, digital, creative, or in-house agency environment.
- A keen interest in digital marketing, social media, and integrated campaign delivery.
- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to coordinate projects from start to finish while identifying potential risks and supporting solutions.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and building strong working relationships.
- Being able to handle challenging situations and respond professionally and appropriately.
- Comfortable working across a variety of teams and disciplines, from client marketing teams to creative and production teams.
