Responsibilities
- Conceive and produce animated and static content that meets brand needs across a wide variety of formats: reels, posts, DOOH, digital, in-store, etc.
- Oversee all stages of the production process: brief, conception, storyboarding, through to final execution.
- Present and defend ideas to clients and internal teams.
- Work closely with brand contacts and all studio experts (Creative Director, Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, Project Managers).
- Ensure adherence to brand visual identity and graphic consistency of various assets.
- Revise content based on client feedback until final approval.
- Ensure delivery of final files that meet technical specifications.
- Occasionally perform photomontages and retouching.
- Stay updated on design trends, social media, and pop culture internationally to maintain a high level of excellence.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, in a creative agency or in-house studio.
- Experience with large international brands, ideally in fast-moving consumer goods.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and video software (notably Premiere Pro and After Effects).
- Confirmed expertise in 2D animation (animated typography, transitions, characters, objects, etc.).
- Significant experience on social media projects.
- Attention to detail and high standards for visual quality.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently (organisation, meeting deadlines, proactivity) and as part of a team (positive, collaborative, sociable).
- Ability to work alongside a client (listening, proposing ideas, diplomacy) and present and defend ideas.
- Strong sensitivity to creative ideas, social media trends, and pop culture.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
