About the role
As a mid-level Motion Graphic Designer, you'll work independently across a diverse range of integrated briefs—spanning digital, OOH, and POS—taking projects from concept through to completion. You'll develop a strong command of the client's brand and marketing strategy, using that knowledge to produce work that is both creatively sharp and audience relevant. This client-facing role will have you contributing original thinking in briefings and reviews, not simply executing instructions.
What you will be doing:
- Design integrated campaigns and assets across digital, OOH, and POS channels, with a primary emphasis on digital.
- Lead your own projects through the full design lifecycle, from initial concept to final file delivery.
- Translate client briefs and brand guidelines into high-quality creative work that connects with target audiences.
- Develop and pitch original creative concepts and solutions in response to marketing strategies.
- Prepare and quality-check all finished files against correct output specifications for each channel.
- Manage your own workload across multiple concurrent projects, meeting deadlines consistently.
- Build productive working relationships with client stakeholders, contributing creative input during kick-offs and reviews.
- Use generative AI tools to support ideation and production, applying strong creative judgment to all outputs.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Professional proficiency in Italian and English, written and spoken.
- Demonstrated experience as an integrated designer working across digital and offline channels, with particular depth in retail and digital environments.
- Ability to own a project end-to-end—from brief to delivery—working independently and managing your own priorities.
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills; After Effects experience is an advantage.
- Awareness of UX, UI, and responsive design principles—advantageous but not essential.
- Consistent track record of delivering work to high creative standards under deadline pressure.
- Experience working directly with clients, from brief kick-offs through to creative reviews and final sign-off.
- Collaborative approach to studio teamwork, with clear and open communication.
- Proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to design disciplines, used to improve output quality and workflow efficiency.
- Experience developing personal AI-assisted workflows to accelerate creative production.
- Agentic approach to project delivery—able to break down complex briefs, plan an efficient path forward, and execute with clear reasoning.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply human judgment to maintain craft quality.
Our values shape everything we do:
- Ambitious to succeed.
- Imaginative to push the boundaries of what's possible.
- Inspirational to do groundbreaking work.
- Always learning and listening to understand.
- Results-focused to exceed expectations.
- Actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations.
