About the role
In a highly competitive and saturated marketplace, creating visually stunning, impactful, and effective creative work is essential. We want to produce industry‐leading, world‐class work that is truly beautiful, smart, and effective. In this role you will work both remotely from home and onsite at client premises to maintain a brand‐immersed approach and smooth client relationships. You will be an experienced integrator, taking design projects from brief through to completion, providing new ideas and creativity while adhering to client brand guidelines, pitching new concepts, and ensuring all deliverables meet exact standards.
What you will be doing
- Producing beautiful and innovative designs for the client's digital and offline (OOH, POS mainly) channels.
- Managing the full design lifecycle from concept to execution.
- Developing a deep understanding of target audiences and the client's marketing strategy to deliver high‐quality results that have an instant, positive impact on consumers, promoting products and brands.
- Pitching creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.
- Overseeing and managing the preparation of all finished files to comply with correct output specifications.
What you need to be great in this role
- Italian speaker and English fluent.
- A passion for design and conception.
- Deep understanding of retail and digital/online channels.
- Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion.
- Consistent record of delivering design projects within agreed deadlines.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent experience working closely with clients during kick‐off.
- Effective organization and prioritization of workloads to manage client delivery while influencing clients with your own ideas and creativity.
- Excellent Adobe CS skills.
- Understanding of design principles and familiarity with UX, UI and responsive design trends (ideal but not essential).
- Basic After Effects animation skills are a bonus.
- Experience with on‐ and offline design, with an emphasis on digital.
- Passionate about AI and eager to learn new trends and possibilities around AI.
