About the role

We are a dynamic marketing team embedded within our client's organization, one of the country's leading Financial Services brands. The role focuses on delivering world‑class marketing content that drives results within a fast‑paced, highly regulated space.

What you will be doing

  • Manage requests from product owners and the supporting team, triaging and validating brief needs
  • Use project‑management tools to ensure efficient workflow and process management
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines and stakeholder plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Channel, and Compliance teams
  • Understand and interpret marketing challenges and communication objectives to scope solutions with clients as an extension of their team
  • Interrogate and triage each brief to ensure full understanding of the brief and required campaign results
  • Collate missing information to complete a fully rounded brief and challenge understanding
  • Support development of briefs and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee production and delivery of marketing assets across various channels, both online and offline
  • Track and analyze campaign performance when necessary
  • Validate outputs against brief prior to delivery to the client
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and continuously improve process and ways of working effectiveness

What you need to be great in this role

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager within a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, ideally within Financial Services or a similarly regulated industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, on‑ and offline campaign management
  • Excellent project management, organisational, and time‑management skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and work independently
  • Proactive, solution‑focused self‑starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Passion for marketing in a regulated industry and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape, ideally within Financial Services
  • Willingness to adopt a positive can‑do approach and adapt to changing situations
  • Enthusiasm for technology, especially AI, and its application to workplace efficiency
