We are currently looking to hire a Junior Project Manager with 4–5 years’ experience to support a top FMCG client based in Milan. This is a level-headed, strategic thinker who has gravitas with a client. The team’s role is to service our client’s various content production – digital, e‑commerce, print and/or POS materials. This is a great opportunity to work within a new team, creating impactful communication and developing design best practices for various brands.

What you will be doing:

  • Work closely with the client and the creative team to align on content that needs to be produced – stills, videos or animations.
  • Make sure all projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Ensure that all content is coherent and consistent with the client brand guidelines across all platforms.
  • Ensure that all content follows the client’s tone of voice and guidelines.
  • Input accurate data related to the projects you’re managing in our management system.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Excellent collaboration skills, solution‑based attitude, and ability to work with people with diverse skills.
  • Thrives in an environment of continual feedback and performance optimisation.
  • Knowledge of digital and print production.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise under tight deadlines and/or interruptions, producing accurate results within quick turnaround times.

  • Consistent willingness to go above and beyond for project deliverables and one’s own development.
  • Experience meeting clients.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, seeking closer work with clients and brands.

  • Excellent knowledge of print and digital content.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
  • Resident in Milan or willing to commute 2–3 times a week.
