**Role: ** Head of Growth UK/EMEA
**Location: ** London, United Kingdom (2-3 days a week from our London HQ)
About the role:
As Head of Growth UK/EMEA, you'll own the commercial growth agenda across the region: setting strategy, leading the team, managing pipeline, and personally leading high‑value enterprise pursuits from discovery through to close.

You'll design complex solutions spanning operating model, governance, workflow, measurement, and AI tooling, and partner closely with delivery and transformation teams to ensure what's sold is feasible, scalable, and value‑led.

This is a senior leadership role that combines commercial authority with hands‑on deal leadership — you'll set the pace, model the standard, and develop the team to operate with the same level of rigour and executive credibility.

Own and deliver annual new business revenue targets across UK & EMEA — forecasting accurately and reporting clearly on pipeline health, conversion, and velocity.
