About the role
Working with our client in the alcoholic beverages industry, the Designer takes digital, print, social, and retail activation projects from brief through to completion. This role brings fresh creative ideas while working closely with the client’s brand guidelines and managing day‑to‑day project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. The Designer sits within a wider team of 30+ creatives, designers, and project managers, collaborating across markets.

What you will be doing:

  • Produce designs and ideas that meet the client’s brief and exacting standards from concept through to completion.
  • Proactively monitor output quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Influence clients positively by providing creative input, pitching new concepts, and contributing fresh ideas.
  • Support the Paris‑based HQ team with global requests when needed.
  • Create inspiring and engaging content, including repurposed, reformatted, and newly ideated assets.
  • Lead the development of creative work with an entrepreneurial and proactive approach.
  • Work on print‑based collateral with strong knowledge of branding principles.
  • Evaluate and monitor industry and brand trends, researching developments in branding and marketing to maintain creative excellence.
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues and the client, providing excellent service.
  • Work across multiple brands within the alcoholic beverages portfolio.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Strong typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • POS Designs and in‑store activations (from stands, leaflets, catalogues, posters, table stands, etc.).
  • Ability to do 3D visualisation/renders of POS projects.
  • Experience creating 3D visualisations or renders for design projects (e.g., using Blender, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, or similar tools).
  • Ability to prepare production files, with final art dimensions and requirements, that would be released to production agencies.
  • Understanding of how to work across online banners (static and animated), social media posts (primarily Instagram and Facebook), web design, UI design, HTML email will be an asset alongside POS experience.
  • The ability to talk through your ideas confidently with the team and clients.
  • Strong aptitude for managing multiple varying sized projects seamlessly for a high‑profile client.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Experience in Consumer‑Packaged Goods – Alcoholic Beverages preferred.
  • Experience working with a portfolio of brands.
