About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Executive Producer to support and oversee creative production for a newly established studio working with a well‑known domestic appliances brand. This is a 50% role, ideal for a senior production leader who thrives in complex, client‑facing environments and enjoys shaping production standards while remaining close to the work. The Executive Producer will be responsible for ensuring the consistent, high‑quality delivery of creative production across multiple channels, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders. The role combines leadership, consultancy, and hands‑on production expertise, with a strong focus on collaboration, process excellence, and commercial rigour.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior production leadership across creative projects from brief through delivery.
- Act as a trusted production consultant to internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Ensure productions are delivered to a high creative standard, on time and on budget.
- Oversee and support a network of producers and production partners, ensuring clear workflows, accountability, and best practice.
- Collaborate closely with creative, account, and client teams to align on expectations, scope, and delivery approach.
- Support planning and resourcing to ensure production teams are effectively allocated and supported.
- Identify risks and opportunities early, escalating and resolving issues proactively.
- Maintain strong working relationships with external vendors, production partners, and suppliers.
- Ensure financial and operational discipline across productions, including cost management, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Stay informed on industry trends, production innovations, and evolving best practices.
- Represent production confidently in client conversations, presentations, and senior stakeholder forums.
- Contribute to the development of production processes, standards, and ways of working within the studio.

- Significant experience in creative production within an agency, studio, or in‑house environment.
- Strong understanding of production.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast‑paced environments.
- Experience working directly with senior clients and navigating complex stakeholder relationships.
