As we continue to experience rapid growth, the demands on the Business Development team are growing too. This growth has created an opportunity for a Director of Business Development to join the team and support a variety of new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Qualify inbound new business opportunities and prioritize pursuits.
  • Lead contribution to RFP responses and participation in pitches, collaborating with colleagues at Infosys as well as generating opportunities on your own.
  • Develop a highly targeted vertical‑industry pursuit strategy focused on high‑impact, digital transformation engagement and future‑proof marketing with leading brands.
  • Participate in new business strategy decision making and planning with the business development team and executive leadership.
  • Create capabilities and pitch presentations, using a mix of pre‑existing content, team‑created content, and content you create yourself.
  • Manage written proposal submissions, including pulling together existing content, writing content yourself, and editing content contributed by others into a coherent narrative and voice.
  • Manage the proposal process, owning the response master, defining internal timelines and deadlines, coordinating contributions and feedback, and consolidating changes for review.
  • Define the structure, scope, duration, and staffing of projects, if of interest; otherwise the team can handle that part.
  • Work across the full spectrum of creative agency services, focusing on CX/UX/Product Design opportunities, often through existing Infosys client relationships.
