Someone who can turn ideas into stories, designs into experiences and brands into design systems that work across every touchpoint. Someone who’s as comfortable developing a bold campaign theme as they are designing a digital experience, event activation or ad campaign.

What you'll do

  • You’ll work across a broad range of integrated B2B campaigns, ABM programmes and brand initiatives and digital experiences for global brands and clients – ranging from enterprise to SMBs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Creating visually engaging design work across multiple channels and formats, including:
    • Campaign themes and ideas
    • Digital and social content
    • Landing pages and websites
    • Email and nurture programmes
    • Reports, eBooks and thought leadership assets
    • Event experiences and exhibition stands
    • Presentation and pitch materials
  • Collaborating with creatives, strategists client teams to develop design solutions.
  • Helping develop visual territories, moodboards, design worlds that ensure campaign themes are consistent and align with audience needs and business objectives.
  • Maintaining consistency across brand assets while knowing when to challenge convention and push design thinking further.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while taking responsibility for maintaining a really high standard, and delivering high-quality work against deadlines.
  • Presenting and articulating design decisions and direction with confidence to both internal teams and clients.
  • Staying ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, AI tools and evolving B2B marketing best practices.

As AI is changing how creative work is made, we’re looking for someone who has both fluency in – and a strong and positive attitude toward – AI and its application in design, and who understands how to use it responsibly to improve the quality, speed and effectiveness of their work.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a design role, ideally within a B2B, integrated or creative agency environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating thinking, visual craft and design experience.
  • Experience working with diverse technology sectors, professional and financial services, digital engineering, energy and communications.
  • Visual storytelling, typography, layout and design system skills.
  • Ability to develop compelling designs from often complex subject matter.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Confidence presenting ideas and articulating rationale.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to your craft.
  • Curiosity, commercial awareness and a desire to continually improve.
