OLIVER France renforce son équipe pour un client (un grand groupe international Beauté & Skincare). Le Content Manager jouera un rôle clé dans la création et la localisation de contenus à grande échelle, pour de grandes marques, dans le cadre du lancement d’une Content Factory e-commerce au niveau européen, intégrant des technologies d'automatisation et IA.
Responsibilities
- Gérer des projets de création de contenu du début à la fin, dans le respect des briefs, des délais et des standards de qualité.
- Adapter des volumes importants de contenus, en veillant à la cohérence créative sur l'ensemble des plateformes.
- Travailler avec des équipes créatives pour développer des stratégies de contenu innovantes.
- Collaborer avec de nombreux métiers pour garantir la livraison des contenus dans les délais.
- Garantir la qualité du contenu depuis l'idée jusqu'à la livraison.
- Analyser les performances des contenus et proposer des améliorations.
- Optimiser le contenu pour les différentes plateformes, conformément aux bonnes pratiques de SEO et d'engagement utilisateur.
- Utiliser des outils de gestion de contenu pour optimiser les process.
- Assurer une veille permanente des dernières tendances, outils et technologies du secteur.
Qualifications
- 4 ans d’expérience minimum dans un poste similaire, idéalement en agence publicitaire.
- Maîtrise de Salsify (Opera PIM), outil de gestion centralisée de données produits.
- Maîtrise d'OpenText (Opera DAM), d'Amazon Vendor Central (ou Amazon Seller Central) et d’outils de suivi de performance (NielsenIQ, Remdash, Profitero, etc.) très appréciée.
- Expérience dans le secteur de la beauté.
- Solides compétences en gestion de projet, avec la capacité de superviser plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Connaissance des principes SEO et bonnes pratiques pour le contenu digital.
- Capacité d’analyse, rigueur et sens du détail.
- Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit).
