The Role

We're looking for a food lover who can genuinely elevate our client's products, creating appetizing content, sharing real use‐cases, and helping translate product features into reasons people want to buy. As a Content Creator and Social Media Manager, you are the engine behind our client's social presence responsible for content that connects, communities that grow, and campaigns that deliver measurable results. Working closely with the Senior Account Director and Senior Social Media Manager, you translate brand strategy into compelling, platform‐native content, while tracking performance data to continuously improve what you create.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact, managing brand-related requests and ensuring clear, timely communication between the studio and client teams.
  • Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of product USPs to sharpen messaging across channels.
  • Own content planning across social media channels, interpreting client briefs and translating strategy into platform-specific formats.
  • Monitor cultural conversations, emerging trends, and platform formats, turning social listening insights into proactive content proposals.
  • Produce compelling, platform-native content that resonates with target audiences and reflects the brand's tone of voice.
  • Manage community engagement, monitoring conversations, responding to audiences, and overseeing daily social challenges with a consistent brand voice.
  • Use social listening and scheduling tools, including Hootsuite and Talkwalker, to track sentiment and surface actionable insights.
  • Oversee performance reporting, tracking key community and content metrics to inform decisions and improve results over time.
  • Contribute to the client's global network, identifying opportunities to share learnings and create efficiencies across markets.

What You Bring

  • 2-3 years proven experience managing social media channels end-to-end, from planning through to publication and performance analysis.
  • Native-level proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Strong copywriting skills with an instinct for social-native language — able to adapt tone and format for each platform.
  • A sharp eye for trends: you know what's gaining traction and how to apply it meaningfully for a brand.
  • Hands‐on experience with community management and social listening tools; familiarity with Hootsuite and Talkwalker is a plus.
  • Confidence interpreting performance data and using insights to refine content strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working directly with client teams and keeping multiple work streams on track.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to integrate effectively into client-side teams.
