We are looking for a Content Creator & Community Manager with an inexhaustible creative spark and a sharp eye for digital trends. Your mission will be to be the pulse of our brands in the digital world, transforming strategy into flawless execution and connecting with our communities in real time. You will be part of a dynamic team led by a Social Media Lead, working side by side with a Sr. Social Media Manager. Your role will be essential not only to ensure our brands are present, but to make them protagonists of the cultural conversation. You will be part of a broader team of 20 people, with some members working abroad.
What you will be doing:
- Management & Execution: Own the implementation of the content calendar, ensuring every post goes out on time and with the quality our brands require.
- Social Listening & Trends: Daily monitoring of social media to identify conversations, memes and emerging trends in which our brands can participate in an organic and relevant way.
- Real‑Time Content Creation: Work with a team of creatives, designers and editors, having the autonomy to capture and edit content "on the go" (reels, stories, event coverage) that requires immediacy.
- Active Community Management: Moderation, creative responses to users and fostering interaction to build brand loyalty.
- Creative Collaboration: Actively participate in ideation sessions with the design and video team to turn trends into high‑impact content pieces.
- Organization: Keep assets, calendars and daily performance reports in order.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Experience: At least 2-3 years in similar roles (agency or client side), preferably in mass consumption, lifestyle or beverages.
- Languages: Native‑level proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Trend Hunter: Lives on TikTok, Instagram and X, understands internet language and knows what's going to go viral before it happens.
- Technical Skills: Basic/intermediate knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush) and design (Canva, basic Photoshop) for quick‑response content.
- Proactive Profile: Brings proposals, ideas and solutions to the table.
- Impeccable Organization: Manages multiple calendars and brands simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
- Excellent Writing Skills: Perfect spelling and the ability to adapt the tone of voice to different brands.
