About the role: This role exists to maximise the impact of the CEO in client and commercial settings. The Client Growth Lead (CEO Office) ensures that every client interaction – from pitches to strategic reviews – is thoughtfully planned, strategically sharp, creatively compelling, and commercially effective. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end orchestration of CEO‑led client engagements, including pipeline visibility, meeting preparation, narrative and deck development, stakeholder coordination, and follow‑through.
What you will be doing:
- CEO Client Engagement Planning – Own forward planning of all CEO client interactions; align with sales pipeline and strategic priorities.
- Pipeline Visibility & Prioritisation – Maintain visibility of key opportunities and accounts; identify where CEO involvement can accelerate revenue.
- Narrative & Deck Development – Develop client presentations, pitch decks, and narratives; translate complex ideas into compelling stories.
- Client Meeting Orchestration – Coordinate meeting objectives, attendees, and materials; ensure meetings are structured and outcome‑driven.
- CEO Briefings – Prepare high‑quality briefing packs; provide insights on clients, opportunities, and risks.
- Post‑Meeting Follow‑Through – Track actions and ensure execution; maintain momentum on opportunities.
- Stakeholder Coordination – Connect Sales, Strategy, and Client teams; ensure alignment and readiness.
- Continuous Improvement – Elevate quality of client materials and engagement approach; establish best practices for CEO client interactions.
What you need to be great in this role:
- 3+ years in strategy, consulting, or advertising agency roles; MBA preferred.
- Advertising agency experience is preferred.
- Strong experience in pitch development and storytelling.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of revenue drivers.
- Advanced PowerPoint and communication skills.
- Commercially minded.
