We are collaborating with a global leader in the drinks and beverages industry to recruit a talented Art Director / Brand Designer. We’re seeking an experienced creative visionary with over 5 years of experience in advertising, a strong background in art direction, and a passion for AI in creative processes. In this role, you will collaborate across functions with a dynamic team of 15 professionals and contribute to groundbreaking campaigns that push creative boundaries.
What you will be doing:
- Create and manage original, persuasive, conceptually compelling work for campaigns, content and experiences with support from the Creative Director.
- Work proactively to push the brands to explore new creative expressions.
- Collaborate with on‑site and in‑house teams to explore ways to develop creative presence through innovative content.
- Develop creative output that is on‑brand, innovative, challenging and attuned to the cultural interests of the audience.
- Demonstrate understanding and application of AI in creative processes, with a forward‑thinking mindset towards emerging technologies.
Agency & Studio Background:
- Hands‑on design experience at leading creative studios.
- Strong foundation in graphic design and visual communication principles.
- Proven ability to co‑create with photographers, stylists, partners, and fellow art directors.
- Experience managing end‑to‑end creative processes, from brand identity to campaign development.
- Expertise in motion‑driven content creation and execution.

- Extensive experience working with both luxury and commercial brands.
- Over 5 years of experience in advertising.
- Fluency in English and Swedish is a plus.
- Experience in consumer goods, luxury, or drinks & beverages sectors preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of fashion and lifestyle industries, with experience directing visual narratives.
- Demonstrated success leading and executing international campaigns for high‑profile clients.
- Skill in developing tailored aesthetic concepts that resonate with sophisticated audiences.
- A helicopter view of the content world and emerging trends in social media communication.
