The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Forensic Technology Director to join Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, within our Financial Advisory business, based in the Cayman Islands.

Our team work with clients across the Caribbean and internationally on complex litigation, arbitration, investigations, regulatory matters and disputes.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional client services, in line with industry standards and specific individual needs of our clients.

The specific role will be dependent upon the experience of the candidate.

The overall role will be to support the delivery of client engagements for our Forensic Technology service line, covering all areas of the EDRM lifecycle.

You will be part of a growing, experienced team with room for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities Advise clients on best practices for data management and data preservation for a variety of electronically stored information ("ESI) and paper information sources.

Lead forensic data acquisition, preservation, processing and analysis activities across a broad range of electronic data sources, ensuring defensibility and adherence to industry best practices.

Lead complex forensic technology and e Discovery engagements across the full EDRM lifecycle, from data preservation and collection through processing, review, production and expert support.

Devising, reviewing and updating standard operating procedures on an ongoing basis, and providing training to members of the team as needed.

Drive innovation through improvements to methodologies, automation and technology adoption.

Proactively planning workload and tasks across the team, managing multiple active concurrent engagements, often with regulatory or court‑imposed deadlines.

Act as the trusted advisor to clients on forensic technology, and e Discovery strategy, managing senior client stakeholders and legal counsel throughout complex investigations and disputes.
