The Role

At Teneo, we provide expert cyber security strategy, risk and response advisory within a multi-disciplinary environment, working closely with our strategy and communications, risk advisory and restructuring teams across a globally connected platform. We are seeking highly experienced Cyber Response Directors to join our growing global cyber team. This role is suited to a senior cyber security professional with deep expertise in cyber response and recovery, including advising organisations on remediation and longer-term post-incident transformation. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting clients through complex and high-stakes situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Director, you will lead client engagements, manage teams across jurisdictions, contribute to business development and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • You will also play a key role in shaping the growth of our global cyber security team and mentoring emerging talent.
  • Bring recognised expertise in cyber response and recovery, shaping strategy and guiding decision‑making in fast moving, high stakes situations.
  • Drive complex cyber response engagements from end‑to‑end, coordinating technical, crisis and recovery teams to deliver outcomes.
  • Advise senior stakeholders during critical incidents, providing clear direction and supporting effective recovery.
  • Build and grow a high-performing team, creating an environment that empowers people, encourages initiative and supports an entrepreneurial mindset.
