Alongside always-on social media management, we also provide consultancy and strategic support to clients within the context of their wider business and marketing objectives.
In this role, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management of social media accounts, with support from a Social Media Director. You will bring a strong understanding of organic, paid and influencer social, alongside proven experience delivering social media activity for businesses.
As a Social Media Account Manager, you will also contribute to client strategy through proactive thinking, ideas and trend-led content. You will play a role in shaping account direction, identifying opportunities to improve performance and ensuring our work delivers meaningful impact for clients both within social media and across the wider marketing landscape. You will also support on new business opportunities, supporting research, insight and social thinking for prospective clients.
Ideally, you will have around 3+ years' experience in a client-facing social media role, with hands-on experience across organic social, influencer management and familiarity with paid social platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or TikTok Ads Manager.
Deliverables/Responsibilities:- Lead the day-to-day management of a portfolio of social media accounts, across organic, paid and influencer, ensuring activity is delivered to a high standard and aligned with client objectives.
- Coordinate, create and schedule social media content across platforms, attending external photoshoots when required (expenses covered; full driving licence and access to a car recommended).
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing communications both digitally and face-to-face and building strong, trusted relationships.
- Manage social media advertising, updating creative and monitoring results in line with client strategy and KPIs.
- Present social media ideas, content plans and reports confidently to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain strong organisation and prioritisation skills to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Contribute to client strategy through proactive thinking, identifying opportunities to improve performance and develop stronger social ideas.
- Brief Social Media Creative and/or Studio teams to produce high quality social media assets.
- Oversee brand collaborations and influencers from research and discovery to correspondence and fulfilment of product as required.
- Support discovery briefs and new business opportunities through research, insight generation and idea development.
- Produce monthly reports, analysing performance data and identifying areas for optimisation or strategic improvement.
- Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, platform updates and AI tools, bringing curiosity and openness to evolving ways of working.
- Share inspiration and insights with the wider social team, collaborating closely with our Social Media Creative to develop and execute social-first content.
