- Act as the go‑to creative, known for nailing briefs big or small, with a portfolio bursting with ideas.
- Work independently and manage junior team members.

- Present with confidence and collaborate with CD and client partnership teams to build and grow clients.
- Expertise in creating the best ideas under pressure and making things happen with grace and good humour.
- Challenge the advertising industry, embrace change, and adopt new strategies and techniques.
- Collaborate well with ACD/CD and with support of project management and client partners.
Personality and Experience
- 5+ years professional creative experience, preferably in social, with a demonstrable passion for winning creative content.
- Creative folio presenting a body of integrated work, large campaigns (not just one‑offs), digital/social‑first ideas, long‑form and short‑form content, some innovation‑led, experiential, digital, or OOH work.
- All‑around creator who writes, designs, and ideates top‑notch content across platforms.
- Hunger and ability to create spot‑on ideas from concept to completion, owning and loving the ideas you create.
- Ability to spot the seed of an idea and nurture it into an impactful, change‑making campaign.
- Talent for working across multiple projects and switching easily when needed.
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of major social media platforms and their specific abilities/limitations.
- Plays on the platforms and understands their differences.
- Collaborates well with others and embraces the skills other creatives bring to the final results.
