Real Chemistry is seeking a Lead Marketing Analyst to join our Integrated Intelligence (I2) team. The role contributes to a breadth of marketing analytics topics, leveraging data across marketing, digital experiences, customer platforms, omnichannel experiences, and technology ecosystems to generate meaningful insights and inform strategic decision‑making.

Location: Hybrid. Based in any US office (Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, New York, Wilmington) or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of direct marketing analytics experience
  • Understanding of omnichannel measurement and analytics, including integrated marketing, digital experiences, and technology ecosystems
  • Strong experience in cross‑channel reporting, quantitative KPIs, performance benchmarks, and qualitative insight generation
  • Familiarity with marketing, digital, and customer data sources (web analytics, CRM, marketing platforms, enterprise data systems)
  • Experience with digital media and martech datasets such as AdWords, DoubleClick, Trade Desk, Google Analytics, Facebook, and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with healthcare specific datasets (claims, specialty pharmacy, Veeva) strongly preferred
  • Experience in data management and automated reporting solutions such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Basic understanding of data modeling principles
  • Strategic approach to measurement and reporting with a focus on actionable insights
