You are a natural problem solver and keen to seek solutions that creatively align user needs and business goals. What you’ll do
You will assist the UX Specialist by aiding the marketing and web teams with UX recommendations. This can range from running competitor analysis and data reports to understanding user behaviour trends and research techniques.

Location Requirement
This role requires you to work from our office based in Fareham Hampshire (Hybrid). Please only apply if you are happy to work from this location.

Your day to day

  • Work closely with marketing clients to run monthly reports using a variety of data sources including Google Analytics, Hotjar and Google Optimize.
  • Assist the web team with pre-go live checks on new sites, ensuring they are well-optimised for the user experience.
  • Work closely with the web team to book in required work for UX clients.
  • Assist the UX Specialist by running competitor analysis and data reports for larger UX projects.
  • Monitor data sources to advise areas of client websites that need improving.
  • Assist the UX Specialist with running user research activities for client projects.
  • Support the UX Specialist with ongoing client work, such as setting up and monitoring A/B testing, behavioural flows and heat maps.
  • Provide support with UX projects and ad-hoc work where required, such as creating sitemaps, mapping out new pages and user flows.
  • Understand user behaviour trends and research techniques.
  • Maintain excellent working relations with key departments and managers to deliver effective communication.
  • Aid UX Specialist with administrative duties.
  • Where possible, maintain high-level knowledge of UX industry trends and developments.
  • Any other duties as assigned by your manager.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles (required).
  • A few years of experience working in-house or 1 – 2 years SEO experience (desirable).
  • Recent marketing or related field graduate (or equivalent) (desirable).
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and literacy skills.
  • Must have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
