We’re looking for curious scientists ready to take their first step into medical writing through Elements, our development programme designed to turn talented scientists into confident, high‑impact medical writers. You should bring a strong scientific background with a degree in a scientific or medical discipline (post‑graduate degree preferred). A high level of academic achievement is expected. A passion for healthcare, science, medicine, and the pharmaceutical industry is essential, as well as a keen interest in AI technologies. You’ll need to be personable, articulate, and have a keen eye for detail. Previous experience communicating science is desirable.
