We are looking for a London-based Junior/Entry Level Designer with a strong interest in design and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic, global team. This is an entry-level role suited to someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to build their skills across a wide range of design projects. In this role, you will support the global internal marketing and design teams in creating and maintaining consistent branding across collateral for the firm’s five businesses: Strategy & Communications, Management Consulting, People Advisory, Financial Advisory and Risk Advisory. You will work closely with senior team members who will provide guidance, feedback and mentorship to help you develop your design skills and understanding of brand systems.

Core working hours for this role will be 9am–5:30pm with some flexibility (occasional weekend work may be required to support business needs). Typical project deliverables include PowerPoint presentations, thought leadership documents, digital assets, internal communications, signage, banners and materials for events.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Art Director and wider design team in delivering high-quality creative work across a variety of projects.
  • Assist in developing design concepts based on project briefs and feedback.
  • Lay out and format documents such as reports, presentations and marketing materials using existing templates and brand guidelines.
  • Create digital assets including social graphics, email invites and basic web visuals.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all work, following established brand standards.
  • Manage multiple tasks with guidance, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Learn and apply best practices in design, typography and layout.
  • Take on feedback positively and apply it to improve output and skills.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Requirements – Essential

  • 1‑2 years of experience in a design role, internship or relevant academic background.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong foundational design skills and creative thinking.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

Requirements – Preferred

  • Basic knowledge of designing for digital and social media – Figma a plus.
  • Interest in branding and corporate design.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint design or animation is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, curiosity and eagerness to develop new skills.
