You’ll report into the Creative Lead and work alongside a collaborative studio team dedicated to the Pharma portfolio.

What you will be doing:

  • Adapt and resize assets accurately across multiple formats and specifications.
  • Work within brand guidelines to produce consistent, on‑brand content.
  • Incorporate feedback clearly and efficiently, treating each round of revisions as a learning opportunity.
  • Support the wider studio team with creative production tasks as needed.
  • Contribute ideas in team reviews and creative discussions.
  • Develop your understanding of integrated campaign workflows across paid digital, social, and print.
  • Build foundational skills in generative AI tools relevant to design, with curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Early‑stage design skills with solid foundations in layout, typography, and colour.
  • Experience producing digital or print assets — through work, education, freelance projects, or personal creative practice.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, on‑brand work.
  • Openness to feedback and a genuine desire to learn and improve.
  • Good time management and the confidence to flag when support or guidance is needed.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach — someone who brings energy and curiosity to the studio.
  • Basic awareness of generative AI tools relevant to design; curiosity about how AI can support and enhance creative work.
  • Proficient across Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Agentic mindset: able to break down tasks into clear steps and work towards solutions methodically.
