As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal part in running and helping grow one of our client teams. You will ensure smooth delivery of projects through our team, representing the client’s voice within our team and advocating for our team with our clients. This work is primarily digital content, and may also encompass retail and in‑store advertising, social, outdoor, and paid media. You should be willing to work from a hybrid or fully remote setting, with a slight preference toward occasional office and on‑site presence.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the delivery of all asset creation across Retail and in‑store advertising, Digital, Social, OOH, DOOH and Press under the guidance of the Account Management team.
  • Support project delivery, escalating issues to the Account Management team and under the guidance of senior Account team members.
  • Be proactive in identifying issues and flagging risks to the Senior AM before they become a problem.
  • Support in planning and scheduling projects efficiently, ensuring the optimum use of company resources.
  • Strive to follow and implement best‑practice production processes within OLIVER and with clients.
  • Possess a strong background in advertising campaign production.
  • Deliver project ownership, with support from the Account Team, including: Support interrogating, adapting client briefs for studio and flag clarifications to the Senior Account Manager.
  • Assist Resource Manager with booking and scheduling.
  • Brief work to the creative team to execute.
  • Provide QC support for assets and work prior to client review.
  • Support review and help implement client amends, liaising with creatives and Senior AM where necessary.
  • Develop and manage project timelines.
  • Deliver final assets to client and media partners.
  • Collaborate within the team to deliver high‑quality work.
  • Share daily and weekly status reports both internally with team and Accounts team.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 2-3 years’ experience working in an agency/ high‑volume adaptation environment.
  • Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills required.
  • Experience working in an advertising agency; sports and lifestyle category is a plus.
  • Eager to learn, receive feedback and grow into a fully accountable Account Manager.
  • Experience delivering creative adaptation production for retail and paid media campaigns.
  • Cross‑channel experience: Retail and in‑store advertising, Digital, Social, OOH, DOOH, Ecom, Paid Media.
  • Experience with multiple projects across multiple languages at once.
  • A basic understanding of channel best practices (retail, social, digital).
  • A mindset that thrives in a fast‑paced environment with high volumes of activity.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail; ability to work under supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to quickly immerse in brands, problem‑solve, and be fully into the role within 90 days with support from Senior Account Team.
  • Ensure smooth team operations with project execution on time and with excellence (with support from Senior Account team).
  • Confident in contributing to daily and project stand‑ups.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects and what they’re used for.
  • Good understanding of how long things take and ability to estimate time required for creatives.
  • Good communication and willingness to learn; comfortable working across time zones with remote teammates.
  • Experience managing projects from briefing to delivery.
