OLIVER France renforce son équipe pour l’un de ses clients, un groupe de grande consommation dans le secteur de la santé et de l’hygiène. L'Influencer Manager (H/F) aura pour mission de développer et piloter les stratégies d’influence pour plusieurs marques du portefeuille client. Véritable expert de l’écosystème créateur, il ou elle sera responsable de l’identification, de la gestion et du développement des relations avec les créateurs de contenu, agences et représentants de talents, afin de concevoir et déployer des campagnes d’influence performantes, alignées avec les objectifs marketing et business des marques.
En étroite collaboration avec le Social Media Manager, le Community Manager, les équipes créatives, stratégiques, l’agence média et les équipes marques, l’Influencer Manager contribuera au développement de campagnes innovantes et à l’implantation des meilleures pratiques du marketing d’influence.
Missions :
- Identifier et recommander les créateurs de contenu les plus pertinents en fonction des briefs, des stratégies de marque et des objectifs de campagne
- Réaliser la veille, l’analyse et la sélection des profils influenceurs à l’aide d’outils dédiés tels que Traackr ou équivalents
- Être l’interlocuteur principal des créateurs, agents, managers de talents et partenaires influence
- Négocier les collaborations et accompagner les discussions contractuelles en coordination avec les équipes internes
- Développer et entretenir un réseau de créateurs, en mettant en place une approche long terme de gestion des relations
- Traduire les besoins des marques en briefs créateurs clairs et inspirants
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Social Media, Création, Stratégie, Projet et Média tout au long de la préparation et de l’exécution des campagnes
- Assurer la bonne coordination des activations influence avec les autres initiatives marketing et social media
- Piloter l’expérience créateur de bout en bout et garantir le respect des guidelines de marque
- Définir les indicateurs de performance, assurer le suivi des résultats et produire les reportings de campagne
- Analyser les performances et formuler des recommandations d’optimisation
- Assurer une veille permanente sur les tendances social media, l’économie des créateurs et les évolutions des plateformes
- Gérer efficacement les relations avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes internes et externes impliquées dans les dispositifs d’influence
Profil recherché :
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en Influence Marketing, Social Media, Talent Management, idéalement en agence
- Excellente connaissance de l’écosystème influence, des créateurs de contenu et des plateformes sociales
- Maîtrise des outils de recherche, gestion et mesure de performance influence (Traackr ou équivalent)
- Expérience démontrée dans la gestion et le développement de relations avec des créateurs, agences et représentants de talents
- Excellentes capacités de négociation, de communication et de gestion des parties prenantes
- Forte capacité d’organisation et aptitude à piloter plusieurs campagnes simultanément
- Capacité à analyser des données de performance et à les transformer en recommandations concrètes
- Bonne connaissance des plateformes Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat et des nouveaux réseaux émergents
- Sens du détail, rigueur et attention particulière à la brand safety et à la conformité
- Esprit collaboratif et aisance dans le travail avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires
- Intérêt prononcé pour les réseaux sociaux, la création de contenu, les tendances digitales et l’innovation marketing
- Français et anglais courants (écrit et oral)
