OLIVER recherche un Global Program Director / Directeur des Opérations pour l’un de ses principaux clients, un grand acteur Food international.
Responsabilités
- Définir un nouvel operating model et piloter la transformation globale du compte (organisation, process, outils, technologie, etc.) sur plusieurs business units et marchés.
- Collaborer avec le Client Partner et la direction du groupe pour accompagner et convaincre les équipes client, à un niveau très senior.
- Structurer l’organisation opérationnelle du compte (modes de collaboration, priorités, process, ways of working, etc.) en s’appuyant sur les outils du groupe.
- Évaluer et implémenter les services et technologies les plus pertinentes au sein du groupe, en collaboration avec des experts.
- Superviser et optimiser l’efficacité de la livraison des projets.
- Gérer les risques opérationnels et arbitrer les priorités avec les métiers concernés.
- Superviser et optimiser l’utilisation des ressources sur différents marchés.
- Gérer le budget avec précision (revenu, dépenses, marge), anticiper les risques financiers et mettre en place des plans d’action correctifs sur les différentes marques et régions.
- Mettre en place des indicateurs (qualité, délais, coûts, satisfaction client) et produire des reportings pour en assurer le suivi régulier.
- Cartographier et optimiser les process pour gagner en efficacité.
- Définir des responsabilités claires (RACI) par métier.
Profil recherché
- 12 ans d’expérience minimum en agence de communication, à un poste similaire (Program Director, Directeur des Opérations, etc.).
- Expérience de conduite du changement dans l'industrie créative et dans un contexte international.
- Capacité à combiner vision stratégique et efficacité opérationnelle.
- Capacité à collaborer avec et convaincre des interlocuteurs client très senior.
- Maîtrise des logiques commerciales et de cost‑control sur de grands comptes.
- Expérience dans l’utilisation de la technologie pour améliorer l’efficacité des process de création de contenu (IA, automatisation, data, workflows, etc.).
- Expérience de supervision d’équipes pluridisciplinaires (optimisation des ressources, RACI, mentoring, etc.).
- Fort intérêt pour la créativité publicitaire.
- Bilingue anglais / français.
