We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead The Swan Inn, a beautiful village pub with food, drinks and private-hire potential. This role is about great hospitality, strong leadership and calm, organised management. You’ll be trusted to run the pub day to day, build a happy, reliable team, and create a welcoming, well-run place that locals and visitors love.
Key Responsibilities
- Full day-to-day management of the pub
- Hands-on manager role, rota'd on team
