What you'll do:
- Translate complex scientific and clinical data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Contribute to, or lead, the development of publications, medical education, and promotional materials.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across strategy, account, and creative.
- Ensure scientific rigor, accuracy, and compliance across deliverables.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders, presenting work and guiding discussions.
- Contribute to strategic thinking, particularly at more senior levels.
What you bring:
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent expertise).
- Experience within a medical communications agency or similar environment.
- Strong scientific writing and storytelling capabilities.
- Therapy area expertise (oncology, rare disease, immunology, etc. preferred).
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
