At Real Chemistry, our medical capabilities continue to grow across promotional medical education, medical affairs, and scientific visualization. As we expand, we are actively building a pipeline of exceptional mid to senior level strategic creative talent across both copy and art who want to shape how complex science is translated into compelling, compliant, and impactful storytelling for healthcare professionals and patients. We operate in a hybrid model, with offices in New York City, Boston, Lambertville, Chicago, San Francisco, and Carmel. We are also open to remote candidates. For some roles, travel or close proximity to a client location may be required, which will be discussed throughout the interview process.

What You’ll Do: Depending on team alignment and business needs, you may contribute to strategy across:

  • Promotional medical education campaigns for biotech and pharmaceutical clients
  • Medical affairs initiatives including advisory boards, congress materials, and scientific platforms
  • Creative data storytelling, mechanism of action content, and digital experiences
  • Integrated, omnichannel campaigns across digital, live, and experiential formats

What You Bring:

  • Experience in medical communications, healthcare advertising, or life sciences (preferred, but not required)
  • A proven ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, engaging, and accurate content
  • Fluency working across promotional and non‑promotional environments with an understanding of compliance considerations
  • Strong collaboration across strategy, medical, account, and client stakeholders
  • A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and execution across channels
  • For copy roles, experience may include strategy for long and short form content, scientific messaging, and storytelling rooted in data.
  • For art roles, experience in creative strategy to include visual systems, digital and experiential design, and scientific visualization.
