We are looking for strategically minded individuals to join the in‑house production and content studio, ROOM42, as freelancers in the following roles:

  • Freelance Delivery Manager (Creative Content)
  • Freelance Senior Designer

Freelance Delivery Manager (Creative Content)

What you’ll do:

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of social, digital, and creative content across distributed global teams
  • Manage workflows, timelines, and dependencies in partnership with creative, production, and account teams
  • Serve as a key point of contact to ensure smooth delivery and clear communication
  • Apply agile approaches to keep work moving efficiently and adapt to changing needs
  • Proactively identify risks and support continuous process improvement

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience managing creative or digital content delivery (agency experience preferred)
  • Experience working with onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront or Jira

Freelance Senior Designer

What you’ll do:

  • Design high‑quality digital assets including emails, banners, landing pages, websites, and visual aids
  • Translate briefs into clear, on‑brand creative across multiple channels
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, producers, developers, and QA partners
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for regulated review environments
