A creative production expert with 10‑15 years of experience leading cross‑functional teams, driving production from pre‑through post‑production, and maintaining strong client and agency relationships.

Scope and ballpark creative concepts, break down scripts, build detailed project schedules, manage project scope, research and secure the best production resources, music houses, and quality‑control all deliverables.

Maintain project documentation and communication with project teams through final delivery. Contribute to the elevation of the creative product by actively participating with the team, supporting, inspiring, and educating on production opportunities.

Stay current on industry trends, techniques, directors, cinematographers, AI, and new technologies to elevate the creative product. Build and maintain critical relationships, upholding the agency’s reputation and standard of excellence within the production industry.

Manage multiple concurrent projects independently and lead workloads; collaborate with the Head of Production when needed. Select and negotiate with partners based on creative scope, budget, and timeline; identify the best partner to execute the vision.

Understand compliance and client legal guidelines, and communicate proactively with Client, Creative, Account Services, Business Affairs, and Talent Affairs on all project milestones. Serve as a client‑facing member of the team, articulating all aspects of production plans to stakeholders at all levels.

Explain talent language and costs to both agency and client, staying updated on SAG union information. Collaborate with Business Affairs Manager to compile final estimates and actuals; wrap out efficiently at project end.

Source music partners and produce original and licensed music on behalf of clients. Support efforts to cultivate a diverse, equal, and inclusive culture of production within the team.

Base salary range: $100,000—$230,000 USD, with compensation varying based on location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Competitive benefits package available.

Hybrid work model: teams are in the office an average of four days per week. Discuss accommodations or flexibility with the hiring team.
