We’re building a high-performing recruiting team because every hire shapes the trajectory of Merge. This role is a launchpad into recruiting, designed for someone early in their career who wants to learn quickly, take on real responsibility, and grow into a full-cycle recruiter over time. Success in this role means consistently building high-quality candidate pipelines, driving thoughtful outreach that engages top talent, and improving rapidly through feedback and iteration. What will you be doing?

  • Build high-quality candidate pipelines by creating structured target lists, conducting deep research across companies and talent pools, and identifying patterns to continuously refine sourcing strategies.
  • Drive candidate engagement by crafting personalized outreach, running targeted campaigns across sourcing channels, and iterating based on performance data to improve response rates.
  • Execute with precision by maintaining clean ATS data, staying organized across multiple pipelines, and partnering closely with recruiters to prioritize roles and refine sourcing strategy.
  • Accelerate learning and growth by shadowing recruiters and hiring managers, rapidly incorporating feedback, and taking on increasing ownership across the recruiting lifecycle, including screening and coordination.

What experience is required?

Compensation

The cash compensation range for this role is $80,000 – $125,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all employees receive an equity compensation package.
