Working in partnership with our client, the EMEA Talent Partner will support our business to hire and build the best teams across several European markets.

The People Team has 40+ people globally all working to deliver our mission of building the best teams in the world. We are a friendly bunch that loves dogs, collaborates and learns together.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, own and oversee all hires for your area.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to source and retain top talent in the industry and create a clear view on the type of talent that best suits each site.
  • Manage all aspects of the hiring process for a range of vacancies across various levels, locations and skill sets.
  • Act as a business partner to stakeholders, managing expectations and educating on recruitment process, timeframes and talent.
  • Proactively spearhead the evolution of recruitment processes and ways of working, including AI‑led recruiting, EVP, and social media targeting.
  • Own the candidate journey end to end and candidate brand engagement.
  • Manage candidate communications efficiently and empathetically, whether candidates are successful or unsuccessful.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in recruiting throughout EMEA; experience in the Netherlands, France, and Germany is a plus.
  • Experience hiring exceptional talent within a fast‑paced, international business environment (marketing agency experience is beneficial but not essential).
  • Passion and track record for finding the right people for the right roles using direct recruitment tools and methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail under pressure and ability to handle high volumes.
  • Team player who takes pride in their work.
  • Desire to ensure positive candidate and stakeholder experiences at all times.
