EMEA Influencer Lead / Director

Our Creator & Culture Services team delivers bespoke solutions designed to maximise creator and cultural opportunities for clients. The Influencer Director will lead day‑to‑day operations of the influencer team across EMEA, focusing on planning and executing best‑in‑class influencer campaigns.
What You’ll Do
• Serve as the primary point of contact in EMEA for all influencer-related programmes.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns—from strategy and execution to measurement and reporting.
• Seek improvements in processes and outcomes, staying ahead of industry trends.
• Act as a credible spokesperson for VaynerMedia, representing the agency at external events.
• Collaborate with talent relations and centralised sourcing teams to secure key creators and expand your own network.
• Work across multiple client teams, disciplines, and markets, coordinating cross‑functional initiatives.
• Report to the VP, Consulting (EMEA), with a dotted line to the SVP, Creator & Culture Services (NewYork).
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with global leadership to define the strategy for Creator and Influencer services across EMEA.
- Build and scale External Creator capabilities, ensuring sustainable and effective processes across markets and categories.
- Develop Influencer perspective and capabilities, identifying clear value for clients based on unique access and digital expertise.
- Maintain high standards of delivery across all services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to integrate services into core creative, media, and strategy offerings.
- Manage and grow a team delivering creator and influencer services across a diverse EMEA client portfolio.
- Partner with recruitment to identify and onboard the right talent based on business needs.
- Work with centralised resourcing to balance workloads across the team.
- Lead proposal development and scoping for services, both standalone and integrated.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, articulating how our services meet their business objectives.
- Support campaign execution when required, based on priority and team capacity.
Experience
- 8+ years’ experience in creator, influencer, or talent services.
- Proven track record managing creator‑led campaigns.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Strong experience creating and delivering compelling client‑facing materials.
