About the Role
Are you interested in expanding your career in Lifecycle marketing? The WITHIN team is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate, motivated Account Manager who is willing to take the lead across multiple retention channels such as email, SMS, push and loyalty. This is a unique opportunity in a rapidly expanding company.
Responsibilities
- Work across a portfolio of clients managing day to day while driving strategy towards longer term objectives
- Daily account management and optimization
- Implementing proprietary technology and best practices
- Responsible for driving, creating, managing, optimizing and reporting on campaigns
- Define and implement measurement strategies and delivering insights reports that align with client marketing and business objectives
- Interface and partnering with SBUs such as creative, client service and analytics
- Manage client calls and conduct client presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years of experience in retention marketing at an agency, brand or ad tech partner)
- A minimum of 2 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Experience with other ESP’s (Braze, or Klavyio preferred) required
- Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics required
- Experience and/or passion working with DTC brands
- General business acumen
- Strong project management and ability to lead
- Go‑getter attitude with a desire to work in a fast‑paced, exciting environment
- Team player
- Solution focused individual who thinks outside the box for clients
- Working knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel (conditional statements, pivot tables and vlookups)
- Ability to present data to clients in a meaningful way

Location
This is a fully in‑office role based in Bogotá, Colombia. Candidates must be available to work on‑site five days a week.
