About the Role

Are you interested in expanding your career in Lifecycle marketing? The WITHIN team is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate, motivated Account Manager who is willing to take the lead across multiple retention channels such as email, SMS, push and loyalty. This is a unique opportunity in a rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities

  • Work across a portfolio of clients managing day to day while driving strategy towards longer term objectives
  • Daily account management and optimization
  • Implementing proprietary technology and best practices
  • Responsible for driving, creating, managing, optimizing and reporting on campaigns
  • Define and implement measurement strategies and delivering insights reports that align with client marketing and business objectives
  • Interface and partnering with SBUs such as creative, client service and analytics
  • Manage client calls and conduct client presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years of experience in retention marketing at an agency, brand or ad tech partner)
  • A minimum of 2 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
  • Experience with other ESP’s (Braze, or Klaviyo are preferred) required
  • Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics required
  • Experience and/or passion working with DTC brands
  • General business acumen
  • Strong project management and ability to lead
  • Go-getter attitude with a desire to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment
  • Team player
  • Solution focused individual who thinks outside the box for clients
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (conditional statements, pivot tables and vlookups)
  • Ability to present data to clients in a meaningful way

Compensation

Based on education, experience, and skills level: $67,500–$208,921. Level 1: $67,500–$95,784; Level 2: $95,784–$124,068; Level 3: $124,068–$152,352; Level 4: $152,352–$180,637; Level 5: $180,637–$208,921.
