Job Summary: Starpower is seeking a Director to provide senior‑level leadership and strategic counsel across culture, entertainment, and influencer marketing on behalf of Real Chemistry and starpower clients within the beverage alcohol and spirits category. The role focuses on campaigns for the Hispanic American consumer audience and will oversee talent procurement, influencer strategy, client relations, budgeting, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage client relationships across entertainment, culture, and influencer marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute high‑performing campaigns that exceed client objectives.
- Manage entertainment, cultural, and influencer marketing campaigns across multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Lead client communications, participate in meetings and strategic discussions.
- Serve as a contributor in business development, pitches, and presentations.
- Oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution: talent identification, outreach, negotiation, legal approvals, execution, measurement.
- Create culturally relevant campaign strategies beyond traditional sponsored content.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, talent agencies, managers, publicists, and industry partners.
- Add value through trend reporting, internal training, and best‑practice sharing.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with account leads and cross‑functional teams to integrate workstreams into larger campaigns, manage expectations with senior leadership, and foster external partner relationships.

- Leadership experience with relationship building and team management.
- Project management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience integrating paid social media strategies into influencer and brand campaigns.
- Passion for Hispanic consumer landscape.

Pay Range: $95,000 – $160,000, determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
