Jam is an integrated communications agency built on big ideas, smart thinking and genuinely lovely people. We’re a team of humble, hungry and smart people who love what we do – and we’re growing. We’re looking for a Digital PR Account Executive with agency experience who’s ready to step up and play a key role in delivering campaigns that earn attention, build backlinks and drive measurable impact. You’ll be supported by a senior team who invest in mentoring and development — but we also expect ownership, initiative and accountability.

We combine PR, social, creative, digital, paid media, brand and web to help our clients solve real business challenges – and because we work collaboratively across disciplines, you’ll see how digital PR fits into the wider marketing ecosystem. This isn’t an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who already understands the pace, structure and expectations of agency life – and is excited to sharpen their digital PR craft even further.

The Role

You’ll support the delivery of digital PR campaigns that generate high-quality coverage and meaningful search visibility. Expect to:

  • Pitch confidently to journalists and digital publishers
  • Build and segment targeted media lists
  • Draft press releases, reactive commentary and outreach emails
  • Track backlinks, coverage and campaign KPIs
  • Support monthly reporting and performance analysis
  • Spot proactive and reactive opportunities across news and digital platforms
  • Work closely with SEO, Social and Creative teams on integrated campaigns

Coverage generation is central to this role – but so is organisation, accuracy and commercial awareness.

What We’re Looking For
  • Have 6–18 months’ agency experience (digital PR preferred)
  • Understand how digital PR supports SEO, backlinks and organic visibility
  • Have used tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, BuzzStream, Google Analytics or similar
  • Are comfortable building media lists and managing outreach databases
  • Have experience tracking coverage and supporting campaign reporting
  • Understand KPIs and the importance of delivering work within allocated hours
  • Have strong writing skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Are proactive, organised and comfortable juggling multiple projects

An understanding of how search is evolving – including GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and how digital PR influences discoverability in AI‑driven search environments – would be a strong advantage.

Why You’ll Love Being a Jammer
  • A genuinely supportive team that wants you to succeed
  • Dog‑friendly office
  • £1,500 annual training budget
  • Regular socials – think darts, go‑karting, team days & more
  • Real career progression and early responsibility
  • Exposure to integrated campaigns across multiple channels
  • Laptop and screen for home working
  • 2 duvet mornings a year
  • Performance‑related bonus structure
