POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Project Manager, you will act as the operational engine behind creative delivery, embedded within a global client organization. You will lead projects from brief to delivery, bringing clarity to ambiguity, accelerating timelines, and ensuring all outputs meet brand and quality standards. You will partner closely with design teams to deliver campaigns and content at scale, supporting continuous delivery and iterative improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects within an agile workflow, from intake through to final delivery.
  • Triage incoming requests, prioritise work, and translate briefs into structured task plans.
  • Partner with creative teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and smooth execution of work.
  • Facilitate daily stand‑ups to track progress, manage dependencies, and support delivery flow.
  • Coordinate across multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring visibility, alignment, and prioritisation across teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact for project intake, delivery coordination, and ongoing stakeholder communication.
  • Provide clear, concise status updates highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and next steps.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying workflow inefficiencies and contributing to process optimisation.
  • Ensure all deliverables are accurately tracked, reviewed, and aligned with quality standards prior to client submission.
