The Pitch: Our Singapore office is seeking a passionate and driven Creative Director to lead accounts and oversee all creative work for our region.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and inspire large teams; work with a growing creative team and cross-functional disciplines.
- Be a storyteller on social media; excel in Twitter, TikTok and short-form video creation.
- Lead and provide leadership in high-priority project brief and kick-off sessions.
- Integrate art, copy and editing techniques while guiding the team across each deliverable.
- Deeply understand relevant platforms for the market.
- Develop and deliver creative solutions—from content work to larger campaign initiatives—for a variety of clients and industries.
- Execute work independently and manage/approve the work of the creative team.
- Provide high-level concept guidance and approvals.
- Adapt to new ways of working, unlearn and reboot creative operating systems.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Lead and win new business pitches.
- Collaborate with clients to co-create when appropriate.
