The Role

You will be the creative lead for the local social studio, accountable for the quality, speed, and effectiveness of day‑to‑day output. You will guide teams from brief to delivery, shaping ideas, strengthening craft, and keeping work aligned to the global brand voice while making it culturally and contextually right for your market. Working closely with the Global Social ECD, local marketing teams, strategy, account leadership, and producers, you will build a confident creative rhythm across planning, production, approvals, and optimisation. Success means consistently high‑quality work, strong stakeholder trust, and a studio team that delivers sustainably.

What You Will Do

  • Lead creative development for local social content and campaigns, from brief to final delivery.
  • Translate global toolkits and creative territories into locally relevant ideas, formats, and executions.
  • Set clear creative direction across concept, copy, design, motion, and film, improving quality through strong feedback and reviews.
  • Build and maintain an effective local content system, including recurring formats, creator briefs, and platform‑specific guidelines.
  • Partner with strategy, social listening, and analytics to use insights to improve creative performance over time.
  • Ensure the work is inclusive, culturally aware, and aligned to brand purpose and safeguards.
  • Collaborate with local brand, media, PR, and legal stakeholders to deliver work smoothly through approvals.
  • Guide production choices to balance craft, speed, and budget, and to support sustainable production where possible.
  • Support and develop the local creative team, including freelancers, by creating clarity, coaching, and opportunities to grow.
  • Escalate risks early, solve problems quickly, and keep delivery on track.

What You Bring

  • A portfolio demonstrating strong social‑first creative work, including always‑on and campaign content.
  • Experience leading creative on brand social channels, with strong platform craft across formats and placements.
  • Ability to direct and improve work across copy, design, and motion, with a clear eye for quality.
  • Proven experience partnering with stakeholders and presenting work with clarity and rationale.
  • Practical understanding of creative effectiveness on social, including attention, retention, brand cues, and distinctiveness.
  • Confidence working in a studio model with multiple briefs, quick turnarounds, and clear prioritisation.
  • Strong collaboration skills across strategy, account, production, and client teams.

Qualifications: Formal degrees are welcome but not required. Equivalent experience counts. Experience can be gained through work, study, volunteering, or self‑directed learning.

  • Experience with creator content, UGC‑style production, and briefing talent.
  • Experience adapting global campaigns into market executions without losing the core idea.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles for social content.
