About R/GAR/GA is a global digital innovation agency specializing in digital product development, brand transformation, media, and communications for major companies. We are on a mission to help companies grow by enabling them to change, across their business, the experience they offer and the campaigns that take them to market. Our work tends to be a fusion of what we call Stories and Systems: the narrative and the design, technology and the interface working together. R/GA is a brand but it's also a collective of atypical outsiders and misfits who drive everything we do through bold creativity and bright, strategic thinking.

About the role Our Designers are makers and storytellers that use design to bring ideas to life. They lead projects into uncharted creative territories without blinking. They’re design fundamentalists, but approach projects with rational and innovative mindsets. They extend visual language, always mindful of how it looks and how it works. Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Creative Director at R/GA:

  • Manage the creative strategy and general direction of client work.
  • Ensure the quality of work produced is in line with agency and client expectations.
  • Serve as the department leader and ensure the continued growth of the team.
  • Manage client relationships and work to deepen their knowledge of interactive marketing.
  • Identify the conceptual and strategic direction for various projects, and clearly present those ideas to the team and the client.

The ideal person:

  • Is an extremely strong leader who can manage multiple clients and projects.
  • Has ample experience working with and presenting to clients of all levels.
  • Has outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Can look at corporate brands from a fresh angle.

You bring:

  • A design-driven, multidisciplinary background with deep experience across brand, campaigns, and interface design, capable of operating both strategically and creatively.
  • 8+ years’ design experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of interaction design, technology, and experience design.
  • Solid, hands‑on experience and proficiency in Figma.
  • Proficiency in English (Written & Verbal).

Diversity No matter who you are, where you’re from, who you love, follow in faith, disability (or superpower), status, ethnicity or the gender you identify with (please do tell us your pronouns), you’re welcome at R/GA. If you have any requests or requirements to support you throughout any interview process, please let us know.
