Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Culture-First AEO Strategy: Develop comprehensive optimization strategies tailored for conversational AI, rooted deeply in client domains and cultural opportunities.
  • Audience & Intent Intelligence: Use behavioral data, quantitative surveys, and 1st-party data to identify high-value target audiences.
  • Social Listening & Trend Audits: Conduct deep-dive social listening and content audits to capture real-time conversational patterns.
  • The Creative Way-In & Briefing: Partner with Social Strategy and Creative teams to turn data analysis into cohesive presentations and actionable creative briefs.
  • AI-Assisted Workflows: Assist in developing and implementing AI-assisted organic search workflows.
  • Visibility Tracking & Reporting: Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure a robust plan to measure, track, and optimize performance.

Experience / Knowledge Required:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (SEO, Content Strategy, or Social Strategy).
  • A strong conceptual and practical understanding of how LLMs work, vector search, and AI answer engines source and cite data.
  • A proven track record of understanding social platforms as search ecosystems.
  • Comfort pulling and interpreting data from Google Search Console and GA4, alongside professional SEO platforms.
  • A strong conceptual grasp of how LLMs and knowledge graphs source information.
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication skills.
