As a Client Finance Analyst at Known, you will be an integral part of the finance organization. You will join a highly focused team where you will have the opportunity to influence and define processes related to the order‑to‑cash workflow. You will work closely with the finance function as well as project leads throughout the organization to ensure revenue and billing are fairly stated for each project. This role is a part‑time position which will require an average commitment of 10–15 hours per week, which may vary seasonally and from week‑to‑week with the flow of media invoicing and billing activity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Update all internal financial trackers with vendor invoice information
  • Upload media vendor invoices into Prisma across all media channels (Digital, Print, and TV/Radio)
  • Communicate and work through any AP discrepancies with internal teams

WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU HAVE

  • 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting within the media buying industry
  • Experience directly handling digital and traditional advertising IOs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail
  • Organized and thorough work ethic
  • Proactive individual who can work independently as well as with a team
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software
  • Proficient in Media Ocean’s Prisma; knowledge of Media Ocean’s SpectraOX is preferred

The hourly rate for this position is $30–$35 per hour. This range is posted in compliance with state and municipal Pay Transparency laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to receive additional Known benefits.
