Position Summary: Account Executive – Full‑time role based in India, reporting to the Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Eats, breathes, and sleeps today’s digital & mobile consumer, developing brand‑specific strategies that help them sell.
- Maintains a natural entrepreneurial spirit and passion for social media.
- Runs day‑to‑day operations, keeping the wheels moving.
- Applies common marketing & media principles with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their ecosystems.
- Ensures client needs are met and proactively identifies and resolves potential obstacles or performance issues before they arise.
- Develops and delivers presentations aligned to VaynerX principles and the highest standard.
- Builds a deep and proactive understanding of the client’s business beyond campaigns or the marketing context.
- Communicates with Strategy, Creative, IPM, and Media teams, providing client feedback or POVs.
- Tracks client relationship health closely and communicates the status to leadership on a regular basis.
- Maintains foundational knowledge of creative and media across major digital and social channels.
Required Skills / Experience:
- 0.6–2 years of account servicing experience in a creative advertising agency (strongly preferred).
- Creative and ‘out of the world’ mindset with experience in campaign planning and idea generation.
- Brilliant communication skills.
- Sets stretch goals and holds self and others to high performance standards.
- Consistently acts with integrity and invests in building trust with all colleagues and clients.
