What You'll Do
- Lead complex, multidisciplinary initiatives from kickoff through delivery across brand, digital, and campaign work.
- Serve as the day-to-day senior client partner, navigating tough conversations with confidence, tact, and emotional intelligence.
- Own project intake, staffing coordination, timelines, scopes, budgets, and overall delivery health.
- Partner closely with Creative, Strategy, Writing, and Technology leads to align teams and drive work forward.

- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and operational gaps while creating clear paths forward.

What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of experience leading complex digital, brand, marketing, or integrated production engagements.
- Experience overseeing diverse deliverables including brand strategy, website development/builds, campaigns, and social initiatives.
- Strong operational leadership across budgeting, forecasting, staffing, intake, and project planning.
- Excellent client partnership skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, pressure, and difficult conversations thoughtfully.
- Experience leading large cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, writing, and technology disciplines.
- Ability to translate between disciplines while keeping teams aligned around shared goals.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing retainers or ongoing client relationships is a strong plus.
- Comfortable stepping into both leadership and hands-on production responsibilities as needed.

Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is $78-100/hr on a W2. Compensation is determined by location, experience, and skillset. We have three regional pay ranges that are adjusted for cost of living (US1 +15%, US2 +7.5%, US3 Base), learn more about our pay philosophy and cost of living adjustments.
