OLIVER recherche un Business Director (H/F) qui pilotera le studio de création de contenus d’un grand groupe international du secteur alimentaire, sur plusieurs marchés européens. Interlocuteur privilégié du client, il travaillera sous la responsabilité du Managing Partner et en étroite collaboration avec la Direction d’OLIVER France.
Responsabilités
- Piloter un studio créatif développant du contenu innovant et performant (social media, point de vente, leaflets, OOH/DOOH, web, CRM) produit en France, au UK et aux Pays-Bas pour de nombreux marchés.
- Superviser et faire grandir une équipe pluridisciplinaire (Chefs de Projet, Créatifs, Social Strategists) avec une supervision directe de deux Senior Account Manager (Global) et un Account Director (UK).
- Être le contact privilégié du client, avec une posture de leader proactif et stratégique.
- Développer une compréhension profonde des objectifs marketing des marques du portfolio.
- Être garant du bon déroulement du process créatif (brief, développement, présentation, production, livraison).
- Identifier et gérer les ressources internes et externes nécessaires pour répondre aux briefs.
- Assurer la gestion financière du compte (négociations, prévisions, rentabilité, facturation…).
- Identifier les optimisations possibles en termes de process et proposer des solutions.
- Assurer l’excellence créative sur tous les livrables et veiller à la satisfaction client.
- Insuffler une culture de croissance au sein de l’équipe, pour développer le périmètre, les outils et les compétences du studio.
- Se tenir informé des tendances de l’industrie, pour maintenir un grand niveau d’excellence.
Profil recherché
- 10 ans d’expérience minimum dans un poste similaire en agence créative ou studio interne chez l’annonceur.
- Expérience en stratégie de contenu dans un environnement international, avec un focus social media.
- Expérience managériale.
- Capacité à créer et entretenir une relation de confiance avec le client, à un niveau sénior.
- Aptitude à planifier, organiser et gérer des projets complexes dans les délais et les budgets impartis.
- Maîtrise des différentes étapes de la création de contenu, de la conception à la diffusion.
- Fort intérêt pour la technologie et expérience des outils de Gen AI.
- Maîtrise de la gestion financière, avec suivi des budgets et performances.
- Capacité à présenter et défendre des idées avec leadership.
- Collaboratif et proactif.
- Idéalement, expérience ou fort intérêt pour le secteur Food.
- Parfaite maîtrise de l’anglais (écrit, oral), avec une expérience de comptes internationaux.
